I have done a lot of things in my life.
I’ve danced ballet on stage to the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. I’ve played music and sung in a 90s band (jelly’s pierced tattoo) that people still message me about. My sister and I were called on stage in Germany to sing with the band. (We had just met them that day!)
But tonight is the second night that I get to play The Witch in Into The Woods.
I get to sing a few amazing songs that show a complicated villain; a loving, twisted, grieving, and broken woman; and I get to do it with a cast of extremely talented players.
